Announcing a new program for 4 year olds

Camp Tournesol is pleased to build on the continued success of our French summer camps with the introduction of an exciting new program for 4 year olds.
Les Bouts D’Choux is a unique initiative, which was designed specifically for preschool children to provide an vistacamp 019immersive experience that is fun and rewarding for everyone. Les Bouts D’Choux is a bilingual program intended for children who are not enrolled in a French program during the school year. Everyone is welcome to participate in this program, with no prior knowledge of French required. The young campers will be supervised by either an early childhood specialist or a university student who is studying to become one, with the added enjoyment of participating in small groups consisting of 1 counselor per 5 children.

Camp Tournesol designs new programs to build on the proven model of our successful camps in the GTA, while customizing the approach to offer an enriching experience for each specific age group. Our new French summer camp for preschool children gradually introduces vocabulary to develop verbal skills and confidence in a joyous and inclusive environment. Les Bouts D’Choux incorporates our superior language module as well as many lively activities, including songs and rhymes, arts and crafts, outdoor games, games with parachutes, hands-on learning with shapes and colours, plus a chance for the children to rest after

all of the excitement. Launched in 2014, this program is already proving to be extremely popular, so please be sure to register early to avoid disappointment. This summer, we will be offering 2 sessions of 2 weeks each: July 14-25 and August 5-15.
Please note that while this is offered as a 2 week program only, the two sessions will cover different curriculums and activities, so your children can enjoy a total of 4 weeks of French summer camp! Please feel free to contact us for further details about this program or for information about any of our other camps in the GTA. Let’s have fun in French this summer!
