French Camp Fees for our French day camps and overnight short trips are as follows. There are many discounts to take advantage of but only when you register online, so check them out!

Please note that the fee for the short week on August 7th are pro-rated.
**Please note that the higher cost in the Halton region is due to the higher cost of rental for our location in private schools. The public and catholic school board charges prohibitive rentals to organization outside of Halton which precludes us from renting in public schools as is our custom.
PAYMENT METHOD
Camp Tournesol will accept Visa, Master Card or personal cheques. Please make your cheque to: “Camp Tournesol” and HST must be added to the fee.
Placement is guaranteed only with full payment on a first come, first served basis. Registration can be done ONLINE or by faxing or mailing a registration complete with payment. A copy of the registration form with the parent or guardian’s signature is required. You may fax it or email a scanned copy. Our fax is confidental, you may fax your credit card information to our number.
Discounts
THE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT DATE IS APRIL 30TH AND CAN NOT BE EXTENDED.
If you register for 3 weeks or more at the same time, whether it is one camper for 3 weeks OR 1 camper for 2 weeks and a sibling for 1 week, you will automatically receive a 2.5% multiple week discount on the program fee. Campers must be siblings living at the same address. Please note that:
- THIS DISCOUNT IS ONLY VALID BY REGISTERING ONLINE. IT CAN NOT BE APPLIED FOR PAPER REGISTRATIONS.
Discounts do not apply to lunch order, busing fee or extended hours fees.
Before and after care
This is offered at some campus. The drop off time in the morning is 7:45 AM (Oakville 8:00 AM) and pick up time is 5:00 PM. The camper must be registered for this service and it must be paid prior to the beginning of the camp.

Before care is from 7:45AM (Oakville 8:00 AM) to 8:45AM and After Care is from 4PM to 5 PM.
* Late pick ups will be charged $10 for every 10 minutes after 5:00 PM with a minimum charge of $10. There will be no exception. A credit card must be on file for penalty fee.
Lunch Orders
Your child can order pizza, Subway or Bagel-O each week at camp. Please include this with your online registraton or fill out the PDF form. Please note that campers participating in the Intrépides-en-route program may only order the pizza lunch.
Pizza lunch is served every Friday of the camp week. This lunch includes a juice box plus one or two slices of pizza. Subway lunch is served every Tuesday of camp week and includes a 6 inch sandwich and juice. Bagel-O includes 3 small bagel balls, an apple and a juice and is served on Wednesday.
The fees for lunches is as follows:
- Subway: $5.00 per week
- Bagel-O: 4:00 per week
- Pizza: $3.50 for one slice and $5.00 for 2 slices.
Busing Service Fee
There is a fee of $20 per week per child to use the bus service. There is no reduction in fee if you choose to use the bus service only certain days or only one-way. You MUST register your child for the busing service directly at the office and NO LATER than June 30th. It is not possible to register directly on the bus. Please note that there is no refund for the bus service if the buses do not arrive on time. Make sure to register early for this service to ensure your stop is not cancelled and that there is space for your child.
Refunds
For all programs except the Intrépides-en-route, there will an administration fee of $40.00 withheld on all refunds. Refunds are ONLY issued for cancellations submitted before 30 days prior to the beginning of the camp. Past that date a written note from a doctor must be submitted and a credit note for future camps will be issued..
For the Intrépides-en-route program, there will be an administration fee of $80 withheld on all refunds and no refund past April 30th.
Please note that you can always switch the week and campus you are registered for at no charge once registered, as long as there is space in the program.
