REGISTRATIONS ARE CLOSED

You have looked at the itinerary and have already made up your mind to join us. Now you will need to REGISTER! for this great adventure.

Step 1. Go to our online registration system and create a profile for your family, your child and select Quebec 2013 to register.  Please do not select any transportation or lunch from those screens. The system will default payment to the deposit amount required.  You can pay by credit card directly, choose an email transfer or mail in cheques.

Step  2. Download the Student agreement (PDF – 34kb), review it with your child and have him or her sign it.

Step 3. Download a medical form (PDF – 117kb)f) and the Terms and conditions (PDF – 86 kb) and complete and send them.

Step 4. Once the  forms are completed, attach payment either by credit card or post-dated cheques. If available you may also attach any or all of the additional documents listed below. If they are not available, you may forward them at your earliest convenience. An interview to meet your child will be scheduled once registration is received.
a) a wallet size picture of your child
b) a copy of the birth certificate
c) a copy of the OHIP card
d) a letter of reference from your child’s French teacher unless exempted  
e) the personal information form (will be available at a later date)

Step 5: Mail all of this paperwork to: Camp Tournesol attn: Martine Brouillet 169 Oakes Dr. Mississauga, Ontario L5G 3M2, or email at martine @campt.ca or fax to 905-891-1889.

You will then receive an email confirmation, more forms to fill out and further details about the trip!!!

PLEASE NOTE, REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON March 29th.  REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE.

If you are not sure yet but are interested, you can complete an “expression of interest” form (PDF – 1.9mb) and send it to Camp Tournesol. Once Camp Tournesol has received your expression of interest, a spot will be tentatively reserved for your child for a period of 3 weeks. We will mail out or email a registration package which will include all the forms that are required to be signed and returned to us within that timeframe.
